- You may not be connected to the internet. Verify that you are able to use the karaoke app. If you are not able to use the karaoke app, follow the steps to connect to the internet through wi-fi or ethernet cable.
- If you are able to use karaoke, you are connected to the internet, but your connection may need to be reset. Go to Settings. If you are connected via ethernet cable, turn ethernet off and then on again. If you are connected via Wi-Fi, turn Wi-Fi off and then on again.
- Reboot the willfon-K completely by pulling the power cord out and plugging it in again.
- If you are still getting the error, please contact us.
If the VISION screen looks like the image to the right, it means VISION was started without an internet connection. Even if you have subsequently established an internet connection, VISION will be stuck on this screen.
Verify that you are connected to the internet through Wi-Fi or ethernet cable.
Then reboot the willfon-K completely by pulling the power cord out and plugging it in again. Alternatively you can force stop the VISION app from Settings->Apps or from the task select screen. When next you start VISION the blank screen should be gone.
Use the keyboard on the back of the remote control.
If the sound is coming from the remote control, you are on Headphones mode. Press the Headphones button on the remote control to toggle sound to the TV.
If you still cannot get sound from the TV, try adjusting the willfon volume (with the remote control) as well as the TV volume.
Make sure the power button on the left side of the remote control is slid to the up position (for black remote controls).
The remote control may also need to be charged.
Connect the charge cable into the remote control on one end, and into any of the willfon-K's open USB ports on the other end. The remote control is being charged if the light at the top of it is red.
It takes approximately one hour for the remote control to fully charge. It can be used while charging.
Go to Settings and press OK on the remote. Go to Display. Now go to Screen Scale and press OK on the remote. Here you can use the arrows on the remote to adjust the display size.
After launching the Karaoke app, press the pointer button on the remote control to toggle air mouse control. The pointer button is located in the bottom center of the remote control. A cursor should appear on screen.
Use the remote control to position the on-screen cursor over the play icon for the song you wish to play, and press OK.
Most likely the App is still installed and we simply need to create a shortcut to it on the home screen.
If you were unable to find VISION, try looking for it in "My Apps" from the home screen. If you still cannot find it, please contact us.
